ML350 G5 won't boot from internal USB Port

Hi,

I have just purchased an ML350 G5 and a HP ESXi USB Dongle. I have tried booting the ESXi dongle from the internal USB port but it does not seen to recognize it, as soon as i move it to one of the front ports it works fine.

I have tried altering the BIOS settings and changing the USB boot Order to Internal First and External First but neither make a difference when plugged into the internal port, when plugged into the front ports both settings allow ESXi to boot.

Any ideas?
