ML350 G6 Missing Drivers..?
Hi All
Building a Lab environment using my old ML 350G6
Raid is all sorted Windows2019 is installed but a couple of devices are not being detected propperly can anyone advise what system components these represent and which would be a compatable driver..?
"Base System Device " (Device PCI \VEN_0E11&DEV_B204&SUBSYS_3305103C&REV_03\4&10af73b4&0&22F0 Requires further installation
"IPMI Device" (Device PCI \VEN_103C&DEV_3302&SUBSYS_3305103C&REV_00\4&10af7b34&0&26F0 Requires further installation
Not sure if its related but the graphics driver also looks like it could do with an uplift as at the moment im just getting 1024x768
Any assistance greatly appreaciated.
I have the SPP file 871790_001-spp-2016.10.0-SPP2016100.2016_1015.191 but im thinking i may need to try my luck with a later on with specific drivers for Windows 2019 ..?.?
Any thoughts
Kr

Re: ML350 G6 Missing Drivers..?
Hello,
The Base System Devices are the server's Chipset Identifier, High Precision Event Timer Identifier, ACPI-Compliant Power Meter Device Identifier, Management Controller, and the Trusted Platform Module Identifier if configured. Drivers for these devices are downloadable from the following link:
System Management Device drivers for HPE ProLiant ML350 G6 server

Re: ML350 G6 Missing Drivers..?
Hi there Many thanks for the Links.
I got the display sorted with a £10 card from ebay.
Re the links for the additional drivers there, I dont have any devices within Device manager as unknow other or being called out as requiring a driver update.
Following a Win 2019 install do you think these are nessesary ..?

Re: ML350 G6 Missing Drivers..?
Hello,
The Base System Devices are but the server's Chipset, the Channel Interface between the server's iLO and the Operating system and the Automatic Server Recovery hardware timer and other iLO components.
It is possible that the Operating System (OS) does not have those drivers built into them and hence may not be recognized in the device manager.
If this is the scenario, then install those drivers.
