I just made the order for 4 new disks and will try with RAID 10, but I am afraid because may be another thing is not running fine with this server and keep going slow and it was a lost of money.

Still not downloading. You said 10 MB/s both reads and writes. Are you sure the cache is properly configured? I would still try to get more drives for RAID 10 test. RAID 5 on HP servers can be painfully slow.
