ML350 Hardware Failure Notification
Hello,
does anybody know how I can be informed about Hardware Failures on a ML350 Server?
The HP-Hotline told me, that the Server cannot make noise when e.g. a harddisk is damaged.
Is there any solution, so that I get a notification via E-Mail when there is a Hardware Failure?
HP told me, that I have to use the System Management Homepage, but I coudn´t find anything to configure something.
Furthermore I installed the HP SIM, but there was the same.
I only want to enter an E-Mail Address in a Programm so that I get Notifys about hardware failures...
Can anybody send me a Link or a manual?
Thanks a lot!

Re: ML350 Hardware Failure Notification
Hello Jens,
SIM should handle this,
http://docs.hp.com/en/418812-001/ch04s06.html?btnPrev=%AB%A0prev
OR
Start -> Programs -> HP Management Agents -> Event Notifier Config
SRH
