ML350 with SA532

I have an ML350 using software raid1 under netware 6. I need to convert to hardware raid5. I have a new controller (532)and 2 new drives. I'll use one of the existing drives to make the array 3 drives. I'll have one more as a spare (it has all the data on it now so I am keeping it aside until I see everything is OK). My question is, how do I hook up the new array controller with the drive cage as it is. The cage is used for hot plug drives (6).
