hi,
my server is ml350 with winnt 4.0 and server giving error enviorment abnormality auto shutdown event id 4111.and winnt shutdown
server showing IML is cpu heat .
pl help out

Remove dust from CPU heat-sink if present. Environmental temperature in Server room must NOT be above 30 C degree (the higher value).

Hi Sujeet,
May I please have the serial number of the server and the source of the event id. If possible check for any amber/red leds on the system board .Based on the info provided it could be
1) A false error message requiring a BIOS firmware upgrade
2) A faulty Processor Fan.
3) A faulty System board.

Could you please upload the IML log here.
Also how many CPU's do we have on this server?.
As a quick solution you could try to remove and reinstall the processor heatsink assembly so that the fan is on the Media bay side of the processor (180 degree turn).
Make the cooling the server room a litte better.
