ML350G2 with hangs with Smartstart scripting toolkit

I have an ML350G2 with a 641 array. I am trying to install Windows 2003 using the smartstart scripting toolkit. It replicates the hardware configuration, the array config and the partition OK. Then it formats the c: drive and copies the $oem$ files from cd (already had the nero _oem_ issue) then the winnt unattended install hangs copying files. I also get the same issue with a DL380g3. Any ideas?

Try loading smartdrv.exe right before the file copy.
