ML350p G8 SQL on SSD
Hello, we have an HP ML350p G8 Server win SmartArray P420i with 16 GB Ram and 4 SSD, 100GB each Disks and WIndows 2008 R2. We want to use it as SQL Server for a 20 GB Database (with 5-10 users). We are using SQL 2005 Ent. Looking for more info about the best configuration with SSD disks, i came across the Diff-RAID, a version specially created for SSD Disks. I want to ask if this is supported with ML350p G8, and if any knows what is the best config (performance and data guarding), with the hardware that i have?
Thank you in advance, George
