Re: ML350P Gen8 Binary File
Unfortunately, I think the board is bricked. It keeps giving me the “maintenance switch is on” in the 2nd post screen. No way to remove that, I have literally done everything possible. NVRAM, CMOS, iLo4 Reset, switched flipped to on, removed everything, all PCIe cards, RAM DIMMs, GPU cards, even one of the processors, etc. I spent the whole day yesterday working on it. Not good for a Sunday! Lol
If you guys have any other idea, let me know.
Thanks in advance!

Re: ML350P Gen8 Binary File
Dear FMCASADO1
for the massage “maintenance switch is on” is given due to there is a DIP/Maintanance switche on system board have 10 nos flipped swith panel on it. Please shut down the server- remove all cables from it- open chasis door- set maintenance switch to OFF position for All switches.
Please find the switch with help of chasis door= Open server cover= turned to you= there is a daigrame sticked in to it= find "X" marked component on it. check the actual position on system board as daigrame mentioned.
Secondly check with HPE ML 350p Gen 8 Maintanance guide. = check the page no 79 & 80 for details.
Hope, I could provide you with clear and helpful instructions. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to ask. I'm here to help!
Have a great day!
Thanks & Regards...

Re: ML350P Gen8 Binary File
@rabindra11sharm Hi, good morning!
I have done that like 20 times with no luck. My last resort is removing everything from the server including the CPUs, RAM, CMOS battery, everything! Leave it overnight and plug it back in with a CPU and one DIMM. If that doesn't work, I will get another Board.
Thanks!
My Regards,
