ML370 G4 - Query
Hello
I am looking to purchase a reconditioned ML370 G4 Server - PN:311134R-371
I have a query regarding this server
The drives are U320, what pins would these drive types be - 68 or 80?
Also - the memory - would that be PC2-3200 (DDR2 400)
I am sorry to ask these questions but have been unable to find the answer on the web despite hours of HP site browsing.
Any assistance is appreciated
Regards
Sean

Re: ML370 G4 - Query
Memory:
Maximum 16 GB of 2-way interleaved PC2-3200R 400MHz DDR2 memory with Advanced ECC capabilities;
Disks:
80 pin, but are hot-plug (in universal drive carrier).
regards,
Andrzej Kowalik

Re: ML370 G4 - Query
Andrzej
Many thanks for the reply, just to clarify one more point on the drives. Does that mean I can purchase any brand U320 80 PIN drive and also a U320 drive tray from HP and these will work in the server?
Apologies if this is a basic question but I just want to have it clear in my mind
Again, many thanks for your response.
