ML370 G5 Use HP Data Protect 5.5 have error message..SCSI Tape Physical Drive is offline

2. Netware 6.5 sp6
3. Add SCSI Card 374654-B21 HP 1-CH U320 SCSI HBA
4. AH165A HP StorageWorks 1/8 G2 Ultrium 920 Tape Autoloader
5. HP DataProtect 5.5

we always can get message from Insight Manager

Status of SCSI Tape Physical Drive is offline
Application : Insight Manager

I have test two site:

one site :
1. unload CPQSCSA.nlm 7.7 2006 October
==> No error Message

two sit :
1. Upgrade CPQSCSA>nlm 7.7 to 7.8
2. and LSIMPTNW.HAM 4.01.07 2006 September 20
==> always have error message.

Please Help me, It is an critical case.
