ML370 G6 network card problem

Hi,

We have a HP ML370G6 server with a network card problem. The server doesn't recognize its network card (it's flagged by a yellow "!" in device manager).

We tried already reinstalling the driver. We used this one:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=uk&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=3884310&prodNameId=3884311&swEnvOID=1005&swLang=13&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-dc32e41c167440b58953852ded

The network card duplex/speed setting is set to "Auto/Auto", this is also the case on the switch at the other side.
Problem persists whether we connect a cable or we don't.

Does anyone know this behaviour and how to fix it?

Thanks.
