ML530 G2 HP Insight Server Agents service keeps failing

I have just upgraded an ML530 G2 server from Windows 2000 Server SP4 to Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2, then applied the latest approved ProLiant Support Pack for this server and OS(V8.25), however the HP Insight Server Agents service keeps failing with the following entry in the Windows Aplication log "Faulting application cqmgserv.exe, version 8.26.0.0, faulting module cpqhlth.dll, version 8.26.0.0, fault address 0x0001a5d2."
I then updated the Insight Management Agents to the latest one listed, V8.30, and still get an almost identical error "Faulting application cqmgserv.exe, version 8.30.0.0, faulting module cpqhlth.dll, version 8.30.0.0, fault address 0x0001ad92."
Any ideas ?
