Monitoring ML150 sensors with IPMI ?
We have purchased and installed a few ML150 G3 servers with the optional iLO card [Windows Srv2003 SP2] - but cannot find a nice user friendly bit of software to run that shows the status of the sensors - and that would alert via email if a sensor when out of range. I am surprised that HP don't have something available. Can anyone out there help/comment on how to achieve this basic sensor monitoring/alerting Windows Srv 2003 please?

Hello Andrew,
You may try HP Lights Out Management or HP SIM.
Regards,
James.

Re: Monitoring ML150 sensors with IPMI ?
Hello Andrew,
Please login to iLO through a web browser using its ip address and Default Admin user name and password is "admin" and then u can click on monitor sensors from main home page.
Or U can also check sensors from Bios
Press F10 to get into bios go to advanced>IPMI>Realtime Sensor data
And for more info please download Lights Out 100 Remote management User Guide from below link
