Move 1 HDD has configured into Logical Drive with RAID0 configuration

Hi ,

I have 2 production servers DL 160 Gen 10. for App and tor DB. App Server configured with 2 Logical Drive but only 1 Logical Drive is active and mounted, the second logical drive consist of 3 disks only for spare and it not mounted yet into the system configured with RAID 0.

i have planning moving 1 disk in App Server , it from my Second Logical Drive to my DB Server for expansion needs. 

how the safety procedure for this scenario ? can i do hot swap for this scenario since the second logical drive not mounted yet ?

Hello,

Ideally, adding a new hard drive should work. Please refer to section "Expanding an array" on page 74 of the HPE Smart Storage Administrator User Guide for steps to perform this activity.
