then in os
install this
ProLiant Support Pack for Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 (multi-part download) 8.30

why do you think you are missing anything please expand on this did you get alert error message what is it all the blades or just this one

correct order is fw cd then psp
where do you see this is missing screensot or error please provide and answer other questions i posted previously, for us to help you you need to provide full info thanks

use this firmware cd it is not psp that is drivers this is frimwae

good luck are other blades okay check andlet me know what version driver they are using ..but the above should sort your issue especialy if you doit in the order i state and reboot after each driver ,install,,
let me know if issue persists,

Any one of the following driver should fix it.
iLo controller driver, ilo channel interface driver ornthe chipset driver.
