Need to monitor the RAID controllers

Hi,

 

I am trying to fgirue out how to monitor a RAID controller health on a HP server.

I have been looking all over but hardly found anything conclusive.

 

Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Which server do you want to monitor? Which Operating System do you use?

Usually you would configure SNMP and install HP Management Agents Software.

You can see the health status on HP Management Homepage or also via ILO. (at least on most of the ProLIant Servers). The older 100-Series servers only support very basic monitoring.
