Netcard Broadcom BCM 5701 on server HP DL380 G4

When insert netcard Broadcom BCM 5701 (pci-x 133) into server HP DL380 G4 and run it, bios report error a kind of: "extract netcard from server" and server not boot.

what is the matter?

Hi, the thing is that the HP servers are made to work only with HP parts and options, sometimes a 3rd party HW may work fine in some servers, clearly this is not hte case, here are the supported NIC cards on this server:
