Netware 6.5 Install Issue @ Proliant 3000

I want to install Netware 6.5 on my Proliant 3000 (P9) 2x XEON 550, 1GB RAM, SmartArray 3200, 6x9.1 GB HDD.

The first try installing Netware 6.5 work fine to the end of the install but after the reebot the Server hangs by Loading LSL.NLM right at the beginning an went to TEMPORARY:

A try to install a second time, the Server hangs by the Install process after Loading NWKCFG.NLM an checking the Prozessor [550MHz].
WARNING! Server has..... and so on.

The same problem appear when i try to install from the NW6.5 SP2 Overlay CD!!

I prepared the Server with the SmartStart 5.50 CD.

Anyone know the issue? How do i install additional, updatet Drivers for Netware OR the "Compaq Support Pack for Netware" BEFOR installing Netware 6.5. I Think there must be the problem but i don´t know how to place updatet files to the System befor installing Netware!! Pleas Help!
