Network boot disk

I'm seeking a DOS boot disk for NT network to use with my DL-360 on-board NICs. I tried using Intel latest drivers but the server hang at IP assignation. My boot disk work well using an Intel Pro 100+ PCI adapter added in the server for this purpose.
