NIC Agent Service stops
I recently upgraded the proliant support pack on several DL 380/580 G3/4/5 running 2003x64 server to 8.50, and now on several of them I am seeing the following in the system log:
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: NIC Agents
Event Category: Service
Event ID: 1038
Date: 9/27/2010
Time: 4:06:56 AM
User: N/A
Computer: XXXXXXXXXX
Description:
Component: NIC SNMP Management Agent Error: The Management Agent service is not running. Cause: The SNMP Management Agent has determined that the Management Agent service is not running. Stop the SNMP service and restart the Management Agents service. If the error persists, reinstalling the Management Agents may correct this error.
The service is stopped, but I am able to successfully restart it without a problem. I can't have this service stopping on production servers though whenever it feels like it. Any help would be appreciated!

So this is still happening sporadically. Please tell me I am not the only one experiencing this?
