64GB OF RAM
4 x 2.6 AMD Processors
3 x 146GB drives

BIOS is up to date as well as all other firmware.

VMWARE ESX SERVER 3.5 UPDATE 3

NMI Received for unknown reason 21 on cpu 0.

Any thoughts?
