Thank you Rakshitha_K

When I accessed the security server (bios / RBSU), I couldn't find the intelligent provisioning [F10] in the server, As in the link you sent me (no visible)

Re: access to intelligent provisioning for HP G9 DL 380

Hi @khaledbox28 ,

Could you please check if there is Advanced Secrity Options under Server Security?

This could be another path: System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > Server Security > Advanced Security Options > Intelligent Provisioning (F10 Prompt).

Hope this information has helped you, Please click on the "Thumbs Up/Kudo" icon as a token of appreciation. Also, if this post has helped to solve your issue, consider marking this as an "Accepted Solution".

access to intelligent provisioning for HP G9 DL 380

hi,  Rakshitha_K

When following the link :  System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > Server Security  I don't find   ' Advanced Security Options '

as well as  ' Intelligent Provisioning (F10 Prompt).' , Is it possible the server requests a specific update.

Hi @khaledbox28 ,

It could be possible. Do you happen to have the latest firmware installed?

hi, Rakshitha_K

I updated the firmware (intelligent provisioning) but I got the following error: error not flashing nvram. I think the problem is in the motherboard,Any other suggestion, please.

Re: : access to intelligent provisioning for HP G9 DL 380

Hi @khaledbox28 ,
      Please follow these steps -
1) There may be hardware issues,
See if any hardware issue shown in iLO.

2) There may be a hardware with lower firmware version.
Update the firmware of all system componentns using SPP.

3) Check out the amber lights in front side LEDs for any issues.

4) If you still get error as cache battery is failed, then please replace it. Refer this for part number.

5) Try to Install/reinistall the Intelligent Provisioning even if not available in BIOS.  Refer this

6) If motherboard has failed, you won't get any display on monitor.  I don't think your server mother board is failed.

R: access to intelligent provisioning for HP G9 DL 380

Thankyou, shiva_jr I will follow your instructionsn; But after my discussion with some engineers,

It could likely the ship EMMC kind of NAND Flash and its name H26M31003GMR capacity 32 Go damaged

The main cause of damage to this chip is repeated frequent interruptions of electricity that cause damage to this chip from which the IP stopped working
The only solution is to replace this chip.
Accept my high esteem and respect Thanks shiva_jr

The smart battery error is not the problem... Intelligent Provisioning (I.P.) should work regardless of that. You can unplug the battery if that causes problems. Better to have no battery than a faulty one.

Is there an "iLO internal error" during the POST?

On a Gen9, the probability is high that the I.P. flash chip is faulty. This can be veryfied by trying to update the I.P. But first you need to reset BIOS defaults and iLO defaults. I just did that yesterday and I also needed to factory reset those two options.
