No POST, no video
Hey group
I have just got a Proliant 5000 (Dual PP200, 128 Mb memory). When I bought
it it worked fine, but now I can't even get a failure screen !
If the machine has been unplug (from power) for about 10 hours, it will
boot. It then says that both CPUs have failed test, besides rhis the machine seems to work (I have looped the test 60 times)!
But when I reboot the machine nothing happens! I now have to wait for about 10 hours before machine will start again???!?!!? anyone knows this problem!!
ANY help is welcome!!
TANKS!

Re: No POST, no video
Please confirm your System BIOS Date and the firmware of array controller. You can also update the System configuration by downloading SP19619 from our Web site i.e. www.compaq.com. If you need further assitance please contact our tech support at 1-800-OK-COMPAQ.
