Node 1 not seeing the CR3500
On our CL380, Node 1 is not seeing either of the CR3500's in the system. Node 2 sees them fine. Both CR3500 have latest PAQ installed on them (x2q). It used to worked fine, then I leave for a few days and "It just quit working" said one engineer. When I run the CR3500 Config utility I get 2 errors, one says " Cannot comunicate with subsystem on node", then I get an applet window that reads "Failed to create and empty document". The devices are also missing from the "Device Manager" under "Other Devices" on node 1. Any suggestions?

Re: Node 1 not seeing the CR3500
I would suggest call tech support for this problem. When you call, ask to speak to the Cluster Team. There are many things to look at. Are there errors in the event log? What drivers are loaded in 'Scsi and Raid Controllers" in DevMan? Are there any amber lights on the shared storage or on the isolator board? What it sound like you maybe getting is a scsi timeout error. Update drivers and check all scsi cables that attach to the backplane of the shared storage (internal and external). But I would suggest calling the Cluster Tech Support.

Re: Node 1 not seeing the CR3500
You most likely have an answer by now.
Did you check to see that the SCSI IDs are different for each card
going to the shared storage? Be sure that one is 6 and the other 7.

Re: Node 1 not seeing the CR3500
It probably is not the scsi ids. Orignal message says that it used to work fine and then quit working. If it was the scsi ids, it would not see shared storage all.
