Noisy Fans on ML370 G3

Does anyone know how to reduce the fan noise on a Proliant ML370 G3 ? It has Suse 8 installed. I had installed a 350 a few months ago, and it runs nice and quiet after initial bootup. The ML370 is like a vacuum cleaner.

Did you install any insight management agents ? The system management driver controls fan speed.

I did find only drivers for SuSE enterprise 7, not for SuSE 8. The SuSE 7 drivers may not with SuSE 8.

I didn't install anything special, as I wasn't aware I had to. The 350 was fine. Where/what are the Suse 7 components you mention?
