Norton Ghost Problem "There is no valid source drive to choose (11032)"

Hi.
Im trying to create a image from a DL380 G2 server.
I tried using a separate small switch and connected there the ghostcast server PC and the two network cards of the server and did not work (with multicast, unicast, etc).

I tried using one card of the server at the time (with multicast, unicast, etc) with the switch and it didn't work.

I could ping the PC and server both ways but the same error message appeared when trying to create an image: "There is no valid source drive to choose".

I checked the ghostcast server PC with a PC and it's working fine.

Any ideas??

Hi Mario,

I have successfully ghosted my DL380 G2 server (2 X 18Gb in Raid 1, 4 X 72Gb in Raid 5)using the RILOE Virtual floppy disk and sent the images to an Altiris RDP server.

You don't have to do this but please contact me and I can send you further details as it should work OK with a ghost boot disk.

Hi Brian.

I need to find NIc drivers for the HP NC3163 Fast Ethernet in NDIS or DOS options to create a bootable disk in ghost.

Please let me know where to find them.
