Re: Online ROM Flash Component for Windows (x64) - DH0072FAQRD, DH0146FAQRE, EH0146FAWJB, and EH0072

Online ROM Flash Component for Windows (x64) - MM0500FAMYT Drives
Online ROM Flash Component for Windows (x64) - MM0500FBFVQ and MM1000FBFVR Drives
I was using HP SPP 2016.04 .ISO file to do it but luckilly after the reboot nothing is happened hence back to square 1.

What error message?
There are 2 common reasons, maybe one of them apply here.
- some disks need a minimum version to be able to update
- smart array need a cache module for online upgrade
Did you try to boot the SPP and update from there?
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

But your smart array has a cache module installed?
No idea whats wrong, I would consider to boot from the SPP.
Hope this helps!

Torsten.
