Openssh - change login account

I am a little mystified. By default OpenSSH uses the domain admin account to start the service.

I want to change this to a different account so that when my clients change the Administrator password, that hell does not break loose.

When I change the account to a different name and restart the service, the service stops immediately.

How do you fix this?
