P212 rebuild speed too slow

I am using DL120 G6 and P212 smart array card without battery and P212 setting is RAID-1.

When took of 1 DISK and join again for testing, P212 began rebuilding.

It is a normal behabor. But, rebuilding speed is too slow!
P212 rebuild only 5-10Gb per hour. Of course system is very quiet and
disk read/write rarely occurs.
Many other RAID card process rebuild more faster, 50-100GB/H approximately.

Is this speed is normal behabor for P212 , or my card is wrong?

Yes. already set priority=high.

Rebuild times are much faster with the cache module

The same opinion was found in a Japanese blog page.
I use P212/ZM (=no cache module).Probably the reason why processing is too slow is caused by this.

In addition, 500G rebuilding took 50 hours.
