P420 RAID Controller in a ML110G6 Server: will it work?

Hello, will the P420 work in a ML110G6 server?

I know, the supported option for ML110G6 were the P212 or P410 RAID cards, but, in fact, I can get a P420 cheaper then P410.

If someone already tested this configuration, please could you tell us, if it works?
