Page Fault Processor Exception

I am experiencing critical errors daily, usually on the evening, one of the NLM modules is causing a Page Fault Proceesor Exception. The abend log reports EIP = 000a0d2e Flags = 00010296 Address (A0D2E) exceeds valid memory limit, EIP in unknown memory area.
Also my cache buffers are only 40% should they be 65% and will increasing the memory from 256mb to 512mb increase this cache size. If not how can I change this manually?

Increasing the amount of memory from 256MB to 512MB or above should resolve the problem.
