HP Proliant DL 380G5, S/N: SGH7399YRP
From Array Diagnosis Utilities, Found the following Error
Smart Array P400 In Slot 1: Logical drive 2 *Parity Initialization failed
*Already changed the System Board twice. No HW problem found from diagnosis.

Did you change Logical Drive 2? Did you upgrade the firmware on the P400? Which operating system? Is the OS and its drivers properly installed?

You might want to install the latest firmware on the P400 and hard drives. It could be a bad hard drive.

Firmware has already been update.
I also understand that it is because of one of the HDD. But the problem is, i did not find anything wrong the HDD externally or insight diagnosis. There are 6 hdds and RAID level is 5.
Is there is any way to find out which HDD is creating the problem.
