Partition Size
Have anyone did an installation of NT in a bigger than 4GB system partition.
Install in 4GB partition first. Then use Partition Magic to change to 18GB. Meaning 1x18GB Partition for a 18GB HDD

while this can be done it is unsupported..however the way to do this is A) yes use something like partition magic after the fact or B) format the drive on another system that is already up and running..format it NTFS for the full size ..then when you put it into your server and go for install you would choose existing partition instead of the other options
