Pb to fix the "Cable Management Arm" in a rack mount

I use a proliant 1600 with 3 hot-plug redundant power suply.
I haven't find a solution to fix the "cable management arm bracket"
I think that the fixation on the server is on the support of the single power suply.
Is it possible to fixe it on my server ?

The part number for this is 236858-001. The arm is extended to accomodate the Redundant power supplies. If you have any problems getting this please post your e-mail or phone number and we willtake it from there.
