pci 4 prt usb cntrlr in a proliant 1600

Ive lurked and searched for some time but cant find the answer I'm looking for.

Im trying to get a 4 port pci usb controller to work in my proliant 1600 w/dual PII450's running win 2k3, flashed w/latest firmware 08.

I was able to get it to work at usb 1.1 but not 2.0.

Its a Rosewill usb cntrllr RC-110 w/ Via chipset. {Not on the HCL list for Microsoft W2k3.}

If anyone has another manufacturers card working in a similiar setup I'd appreciate the info on the card.

Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.
