PCI BUS Issues

Hi,
I have DL380 with a Remote Insight Lights Out Edition board installed in the primary PCI slot. The server also has a Chrysalis-ITS LunaVPN adapter installed, however the Chrysalis-ITS LunaVPN adapter needs to be the first device that the PCI BIOS finds during it's initialization.

I also remember that the RIB cards need to be in the primay slot to function correctly!

Can you tell me which slots are on which PCI bus? is there more that one PCI bus ?

How do you suggest we sort this problem ?

Slot 1 is the only primary pci slot. Slots 2, 3, and 4 are on the secondary bus.
