PCI Compatibility DL120

Hi I want to add a PCI card to the DL120,

Is the DL120 compatible, what does the following mean ?

Expansion Slots:
Two total slots:
(1) Full length PCI Express x8 slot (x8 connector)
Can be replaced with a full-length 64-bit /133MHz PCI-X slot

it means that you need a PCI-X interface like your card you need to buy this part
