PCI Graphic Card Help

Hi!
I'd like to add a nVidia TNT2 M64 PCI 32 MB to my Server but it dont works!
How can I disable the Graphic Chip on board so that the new graphic card will worK?

There is a switch box on the PCI board. Turn the first switch to the "off" position to disable the onboard video. Tell me if this works for you because it didn't make my nVidia PCI video card work.
