PCI memory controller

We've installed Windows2000 on a DL360 and we get a conflict on the PCI memory controller which leads to the following error :

'compaq NIC agent connectivity has been lost for the NIC in slot 0, port 1 SNMP traps 18002 in CPQNIC.MIB

This is a card issue of some type. Do you have another PCI card in this system? Are you using our drivers for the NIC or what comes with Win2K?
