PCI-X Hot Plug

I'm trying to figure out if it is possible to hot plug and hot unplug PCI-X devices in HP DL380 Gen9 Servers.

I've seen mention of an option riser, but only for like Gen4 servers.

Does anybody know what options we have?

DL380 Gen9 has PCIe only, no PCI-X.

Hot-plug of I/O cards is not possible/not supported at all.
