Personality Board?

Hi All,

Just doing some studying for one of the new HP exams and I'm wondering what a Personality Board does in the SL range of Proliants?
Can't seem to find much on a search.
Can someone tell me?

Power-, hdd power-, RPS- and "other"-cables are connected there from inside the server.

There are also a connector to the SL6500 chassis.

There are also two DIP switches on it, as mentioned in the pdf above.

Looks like switches are set differently depending on what kind of node it is (GPUs or not)

So it just looks like the main connector from the server to the chassis, mainly carrying power which can be varied via dip switches depending on how many GPU's are present etc.
