Pinout for Power a Proliant ML530 G1 MB
Hi,
i got a ML530G1 (slot2) Mainboard without cables or case. On the board are 2 power connectors a 10pin and a 12pin "ATX like" connector.
So i want to build my own adapter to power on the board.
For testing and not doing anything blind i found also a ML530 powerboard with the original PSU and a 10pin and 12pin cable from another Proliant models.
Did anyone have the pinout of the 2 connectors on the board. That would help alot!
regards
Chris

Re: Pinout for Power a Proliant ML530 G1 MB
Hello,
The poinouts on the system board are not available in documents. Please install the relevant power supply to power on the server. You may refer to server's QuickSpecs provided in the previous reply.

Re: Pinout for Power a Proliant ML530 G1 MB
Thanks for your comments.
I have the original PSU and Powerboard, my problem is im missing the two system power cables from the power board to the Mainboard.
Its a 10 and 12 pin plug. I seen cable from other generations of the server with the same cable used.
Question is can i use it, are they 1:1 pinout from the MB to the Powerboard?
