Port 1 NIC MAC address: Disabled (GL385G2)

Hello,

I encounter some issues to enable a NIC on GL358 G2 server.

With BIOS or ILO utilities I can see :

- - - - -
Port 1 NIC MAC address: Disabled
- - - - -

But I can't change this status, I didn't find how perform this change...

Someone can help me ?

Hi,

I assume that's a DL385 G2 ...?

I've seen a similar problem on a DL380 G4, which was caused by a faulty NIC on the system board.

Call HP to get it swapped out...
