Power-On-Self-Test (POST) errors occurred during the last system startup.
Hi All,
We have a web server(Server 2008) which is hosted at dataceanter.
Due to some good reason, I have rebooted my server and it has taken one and half hour to restart.
When I have checked events on that machine, I found below error messages.
As I don't know much more about HP hardware, it would be great help for me if anyone can let me know what this errors states.
Should I contact to hosting provider?
Error:
Power-On-Self-Test (POST) errors occurred during the last system startup.
User Action
Check the Power-On-Self-Test (POST) errors, and take corrective action as needed.

Re: Power-On-Self-Test (POST) errors occurred during the last system startup.
You got a failed hard drive on your DL360 G6 server.
Please log a hardware call for replacement.
HP may ask you to share the IML logs and Array Diagnostics Utility Logs.
It is part of most hosting plans by default, You can check your and log a call accordingly.
