Power supply diagnostics in Diagnose
Can someone confirm which Servers support the testing of Power supplies in the Diagnose section as both my Power supply are grey out
I have a DL360 G5 is there any documents to which Server are supported i am using the online version.

the online version for Insight Diagnostics only will check HDD the rest of the HW must be using the offline version using smartstart CD

It seems like I recall hearing of some release notes or something documenting which ones are supported, so you may want to look for that.

Many thanks for your input.I find it strange this would be included with Online diags and has no purpose.I have tried to locate documentation but to no success.
It directs you to visit HP Website Online diags manual information not in there.

It takes the right model of power supply, with the right eeprom to support the feature.
Just some new technology in some of the models... don't fret if yours don't appear. It doesn't necessarily mean the p/s are bad. ;-)
