Problem booting

Server was built a couple of months ago and has been rebooted a few times with no problems. The last time the server was rebooted, a message appeared '177 Configuration not complete : Controller order not set up'. Menu gave me the option of W2K which i selected and server then came up with no further problems, but i do not know what caused the problem or if it has been remedied.

Hi, the 177 errors is not critical for you data. It means that the system lost its configuration in the cmos and you need to run the configuration again. Now to explained what append exactly if its not related to a sudden power shutdown our an other sudden external our internal action its not often possible. But you also want to monitor if it happen again. Hope this will help.
