Problem in installing OS (Windows 2003 Server R2 Standard)

I have problem in installing the OS (Windows 2003 Server R2 Standard) on HP Proliant ML350 G5.

Below are the steps I have done.

By Smart Start CD:
1. Start installation with the help of SmartStat CD.
2. Started a clean installation through Deployment server option.
3. Select the OS to install and gave info of CD keys, user and Partition size.
4. Inserted the OS Media CD after system prompted me to do so.
5. After copying the OS during the reboot process I remove the OS CD as it was prompted before restarting.
6. After post, set gave me following error.

File \minint\system32\biosinfo.inf could not be loaded error 18.

By OEM PK.

1. Reboot the system from OEM CD.
2. After booting System bring me to the command prompt.
3. As I tried to run the setup command system gave me message " please go to control panel to install and configure system components ".


Please I need you assistance in this regards.
