Problem installing HP Smart Array Controller Memory P212/Zero software with Citrix XenServer

Hello I have a HP ProLiant DL360 G6 and when I install the card an HP Smart Array P212/ZM Int/1-ports-ports Ext PCIe x8 SAS Controller it is recognized in the setup, the system more Citrix XenServer he did not recognize the card nor the HP StorageWorks LTO-4 Ultrium 1760 SAS External Tape Drive (EH920A). what to do?
