Solutiondo you have a Smart Array Controller in the server? If not, then ACU won't find anything. The onboard SCSI controller in the ML350 does not have RAID functionality.
If you do have a Smart Array controller, are the disks connected to that, instead of the onboard SCSI?

Stephen

Re: problem installing scsi raid array
If you need to order one, then after it's installed, just connect the SCSI cable from the drive cage to the Array Controller. Most new Smart Controllers have their own F8-Setup utilty - there you can create your array and set the controller as the boot contorller.

Re: problem installing scsi raid array
The Smart Array 641 is newer, I'd go for that one.
If you install one, you can configure it either with the Online ROM Configuration for Arrays (ORCA), accessed via F8 during POST (but only for the Smart Array Controller, no the SCSI Controller), or else using Array Configuration Utility from SmartStart.
You will also have to tell the server that the new controller is the boot controller. (Go to F9 ROM setup, select Boot Controller order)

Stephen
